Kiraya-Manager is a simple digital record-keeping solution built for landlords and rental managers in India.

Most landlords still track rent in a notebook or a spreadsheet. Bills are written by hand, payment status lives in memory, and disagreements about "what was paid when" are common. Kiraya-Manager replaces that with a clean, structured record of every property, tenant, bill and payment.

What the app does

• Add and manage landlord and tenant details.
• Generate rent bills quickly, including utility charges.
• Track payment status for each bill.
• Record payments made through UPI or cash.
• Maintain a clear payment history.
• Organise rental accounts in a clean and simple interface.

What the app does not do

• Kiraya-Manager does not sell digital content, virtual currency, or in-app game items.
• The app is intended for rent tracking and record management only.
• Payment collection is not handled by the app unless explicitly stated in future updates.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws, tax rules and rental agreements.

Service charge

The app is free to download. A service charge of ₹1 may apply for each bill generated through the app. This charge is for bill-generation and administrative processing only. Rent payments through UPI or cash are separate real-world transactions between landlord and tenant.
