How credits work
Landlords buy credits inside the app for generating monthly bills. Each bill generated consumes ₹1 worth of credit as a service charge. This amount can be added to the monthly rent and collected from the tenant as a service charge.
Important
- The service charge is for bill-generation and administrative processing only.
- Rent payments through UPI or cash are separate real-world transactions between landlord and tenant.
- The app does not sell digital content, game items or virtual currency.
