1. Acceptance
By downloading or using My Rent Manager, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the service is
My Rent Manager is a record-keeping tool that lets landlords manage tenant records, generate rent bills and track payment status. It is intended for rent tracking and record management only.
3. Fees and service charge
- The app is free to download.
- A service charge of ₹1 may apply for each bill generated through the app.
- This charge is for bill-generation and administrative processing only.
- Landlords may buy credits in advance for monthly bill generation. The charge may be added to the monthly rent and collected from the tenant as a service charge.
4. Rent payments
Rent payments made by tenants through UPI or cash are separate real-world transactions between landlord and tenant, used only for rent settlement. Payment collection is not handled by the app unless explicitly stated in future updates.
5. No digital goods
My Rent Manager does not sell digital content, virtual currency, or in-app game items.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Ensure compliance with your local laws, tax rules and rental agreements.
- Do not misuse the app or attempt to access other users' data.
7. Availability
An internet connection is required for cloud features. App features may be updated, changed or withdrawn from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between landlords and tenants.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
