How bill generation works
- Add your property and tenant details once.
- At the start of the month, enter meter readings or utility amounts.
- Generate the bill — a fixed ₹1 service charge applies per bill generated.
- Share the bill with the tenant over WhatsApp.
- Record the settlement (UPI or cash) and the bill is marked paid.
The ₹1 service charge covers bill-generation and administrative processing only. It can be added to the monthly rent and collected from the tenant.
