How do I register?
Install the app, tap Register, enter your name and mobile number, and verify the OTP. Your landlord profile is created instantly.
How do I subscribe?
There is no monthly subscription. The app is free — you simply buy bill-generation credits inside the app at a fixed ₹1 per bill generated.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen tap 'Forgot password', enter your registered mobile number or email, and follow the reset link/OTP sent to you.
How do I add tenants?
Open a property, tap 'Add Tenant', and enter the tenant's name, mobile number, rent amount, deposit and start date. You can add unlimited tenants.
What is the ₹1 service charge for?
It covers bill-generation and administrative processing only. It can be added to the monthly rent and collected from the tenant as a service charge.
Does the app collect rent from tenants?
No. Rent payments through UPI or cash are separate real-world transactions between landlord and tenant. The app only records them.
Does the app sell digital content or virtual currency?
No.Kiraya-Manager does not sell digital content, virtual currency or in-app game items. It is a rent tracking and record management tool.
Is my data safe?
Records are stored on Google Firebase cloud infrastructure with access restricted to your account.
Can I use the app offline?
An internet connection is required for cloud features such as syncing, bill generation and reports.
