Kiraya-Manager ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app and this website collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: name, mobile number and email address provided at registration.
Rental records: property, tenant, bill and payment details that you enter into the app.
Support requests: name, mobile, email, subject and message submitted through this website.
Technical data: basic device and log information required to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

To provide rent record-keeping, bill generation and payment status tracking.
To respond to your support tickets and service enquiries.
To maintain security, prevent misuse and improve the app.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) infrastructure. Access is restricted to your authenticated account and to authorised personnel who need it to provide support.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with service providers who help operate the app (such as Google Firebase), or where required by law.

Payments

The ₹1 service charge for bill generation is processed through the app store or an authorised payment gateway. Rent payments made through UPI or cash are separate real-world transactions between landlord and tenant and are not processed by us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by writing to support@dhriyanshtech.in. Account deletion removes your rental records from our active systems.

Children

The app is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or on this website.
